Father's Day is this weekend and I have been testing some new recipes and first up are these tasty raspberry balsamic chipotle grilled pork chops. This recipe is super simple where you make your own raspberry bbq sauce, grill the pork chops and slather them in the sauce! The sauce starts out with plenty of fresh summer raspberries along with the standard ketchup; sweetness is added with honey, tanginess with white balsamic vinegar, saltiness with soy sauce and of course some chipotle chilies in adobo for the smoky heat. This raspberry balsamic chipotle bbq sauce is amazing on a lot of different things but you're sure to enjoy it on some grilled pork chops and it's the perfect meal for Father's Day!
