It time for some more outdoor grilling fun with these bacon wrapped guacamole stuffed burgers! Bacon and avocados are two of my favourite foods and when you combine them in the form of burgers and grill them up until crispy, smoky, charred, juicy and oh so good, they are nearly irresistible! These burgers could not be easier to make! You just season the meat as desired, form it into thin patties, top with guacamole followed by another patty and the patties are pinched closed on the sides to contain the guacamole and prevent it from bursting out. Everything is then wrapped in bacon, both to help restrain the guacamole and to help keep the burgers nice and juicy when grilled... who am I kidding? The bacon is simply there because it's, well it's bacon!! I like to serve these bacon wrapped guacamole stuffed burgers in a toasted bun with melted cheese and some fresh homemade pico de gallo!
