Ingredients :

Dried Atti Anjeer Fig Milkshake
Dried Fig | Atti | Anjeer - 4 to 5 no
Milk - 2 cups (boiled and chilled)
White Sugar or Brown Sugar - 3 tbsp (+ or -)
Green Cardamom - 2 no
Ice Cream (vanilla or butterscotch) - as required.

Steps To Make The Dried Atti | Fig | Anjeer Milkshake Recipe:

  • First soak the fig with enough water for overnight or atleast 2 hours. (Image 1)
  • In a mixi jar, add the boiled and chilled milk, soaked atti with its water, cardamom and sugar. Then cover and blend well for an minute. (Image 3)
  • And the milkshake is ready to serve. Serve with ice cream.
