With the warmer days here it's always nice to have a list of goto snack or appetizer recipes on hand so that you are ready for any out doors events like barbecues, picnics, trips to the park, the beach or the pool! With this in mind I have collected some of my favourite summer appetizer recipes and they include recipes that are easy to make outdoors or they are keep well when brought out doors, or they are nice and cool and refreshing or they are just plain made with amazingly fresh summer ingredients!
